When travelling Machrie Moor at dusk weary travellers may encounter the Stone Circle Fudge Wizard, a peculiar man shrouded in legend. Peat smoke from his pipe, green herbs and citrus notes are carried in the mist, enchanting anyone to approach.
At the stone circles, the wizard will sell his bewitching fudge from a weathered barrel.
The utter nonsense he mutters turn into profound worldly wisdom after about four drams of this whisky which could only be matured in his fudge barrel.
A whisky for our friend from the whisky forum fassstark.de, from one of the distilleries we cherish. A rare heavily peated expression from the Isle of Arran.
